Alongside fellow practitioners, he helped establish the HR Forum Tasikmalaya—a community of over 200 members dedicated to building a collaborative employment ecosystem where all stakeholders can meaningfully contribute.

 

Through this forum, HR professionals are invited to visit schools and universities to share real-world skills and job market insights, a humble initiative that has gratefully equipped over 2,000 students for their upcoming professional journeys. Looking ahead, he sincerely hopes to continue collaborating with various parties to collectively drive the progress of human resources and the broader community in Tasikmalaya.
