Ignatia Bintang, S.Si., MSc.
Ignatia Bintang Filia Dei Susilo is a lecturer in the Bachelor Programme of Development Economics at the Faculty of Economics and Business, Universitas Siliwangi, Tasikmalaya, where she has taught since 2020 and served as Head of the Development Economics Laboratory from 2022 to 2025. She also works as an academic tutor in International Business and Business English at Universitas Terbuka.

She holds a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics and a Master of Science in Economics, both from Universitas Gadjah Mada, and is a Certified Strategic Business Analyst (CSBA) through the American Academy of Financial Management.

Her research centers on international economics — trade, regional economic integration, exchange rates and capital flows, and the interplay between global and domestic macroeconomic variables — alongside broader work in development economics, including industrial dynamics, inflation, environmental policy, carbon emissions, and digital transformation among small and medium-sized enterprises. She has authored or co-authored more than a dozen peer-reviewed papers and conference proceedings on topics ranging from ASEAN manufacturing and carbon emissions to Indonesia's nickel export ban and cryptocurrency market dynamics, published in journals including WELFARE Jurnal Ilmu Ekonomi and the Saudi Journal of Economics and Finance.

Beyond academia, she is a member of the Indonesian Economists Association (ISEI) and has led community economic development initiatives in West Java, including cooperative formation, tourism-based village development, and bookkeeping training for local village enterprises. She has also co-owned Privat Sains, a tutoring venture in Yogyakarta, since 2012.
