Puji Fajriyatinnisa is a final-year student from the Faculty of Agriculture (FP), majoring in Agribusiness (Bachelor's Degree/S1), with a cumulative GPA of 3.80/4.00. The applicant demonstrated Beginner-level English proficiency based on a UNSIL TELP score of 423.

Her business idea is to develop Gomukies, a healthy cookie brand made from locally sourced sorghum flour, palm sugar, and coconut to promote food diversification and increase the value of Tasikmalaya's agricultural commodities.

 

By transforming these local ingredients into innovative, gluten-free, and fibre-rich snack products with modern flavours and attractive packaging, she aims to enhance the competitiveness of local food products while supporting farmers and encouraging the use of sustainable local resources. Her long-term goal is to introduce Tasikmalaya's agricultural potential to broader domestic and international markets through value-added food innovation.
